Bringing you the award winning LushTums antenatal education. Get informed and empowered to create the positive birth you and your baby deserve. Learn about what birth and the fourth trimester involve, breathing techniques, birthing positions, Rebozo techniques, birth partner tips and much more. Plenty of time is given to enable discussion and to ensure we cover anything you may want to know. In- person group courses run across 4 Thursday evenings in Jan, Mar, May, September and Nov. Brunch meetups, goody bag and light refreshments included in the price. If you would prefer a 1:1 4hr intensive course or a refresher, please get in touch.
