This class is the prequal to my postnatal yoga. Yoga supports pregnancy beautifully. In this class we use yoga specifically tailored to the pregnant body, we create a space which you can come and take time out of a busy week and simply be without distraction. We stretch, and strengthen the body, we relieve back ache and pelvic discomfort, we create space for our growing babies, we practice techniques and breathing to support us in our labour, and we connect with other women going through the same thing as us.
