Join Beth, a toddler Mum, Preschool yoga teacher, and experienced Early Years Practitioner, as she guides you and your little one through the calming world of mantras, breathwork, and yoga poses. Classes begin with a bodyscan meditation to help your little one connect to how they are feeling; followed by a themed breathing exercise designed to support emotional wellbeing. We use high-quality children's literature to inspire our yoga flows, sparking imaginations as we develop physical skills including balance and coordination. Each session involves a short burst of energetic sensory play - from chasing to bubbles to parachute popcorn - before we relax, exploring techniques you can use to co-regulate your little one's emotions at home.
