Learn how to massage your baby in my friendly and informal classes. I love teaching and have been running classes for over 20 years.

Baby massage can help:

Relieve colic and constipation
Improve baby's sleep pattern
Enhance parent/baby communication
Strengthen baby's immune system
Develop baby's muscle tone and co-ordination
Deal with teething and mucus congestion.

Come and meet other mums, spend quality bonding time with your baby and learn an important skill which can be used throughout childhood.
