Description

Totteridge Tuesday 1-2pm class. Suitable from after 6wks check until baby is mobile. A class to help you get back into exercise safely, I am a pelvic floor and core specialist so I am trained to help you safely focus on closing your tummy muscles, strengthening pelvic floor and feeling stronger. It’s a friendly, fun and welcoming class. Having seen hundreds of clients in 14yrs most clients say it’s their favourite class of the week!
