Description
A 5 week mum & baby yoga course, suitable from 8-10 weeks of age to crawling.
Each week we cover a range of moves which will typically include-
- Parent warm up
- Baby dry massage
- Hip sequence
- Arm sequence
- Balances
- Swings
- Tummy time
Baby yoga helps with balance, co-ordination & motor skills. Whilst strengthening the body and developing reflexes. It stimulates the brain & nervous system, improves blood flow and general functioning of the immune system.
It is also a fantastic way to encourage babies on to the next development stage, e.g sitting, rolling, crawling, standing.
Each class will also include some light postnatal yoga moves, stretches and a relaxing meditation to end.
