Mamalates isn't just a typical 'Pilates' workout... 🧘🏻♀️ It's a gentle way to rebuild your strength, improve flexibility, and support your postnatal recovery—all whilst bonding with your baby. Pre-natal, postnatal, or just on your own, we have three types of Mamalates classes. Our exercises focus on controlled breathing, strengthening, and toning which will aid birth, help with recovery after birth, and strengthen the pelvic floor.
