Description
A fun aerobics style class where no childcare is needed. You can come along once you have had your 6 week check up and there is no maximum age for the child. It is also suitable for pre natal women.
There is a car park and you can either enter through the front doors or the double doors to the hall. If you have a wide buggy come straight through the doors into the hall.
