Description
Our midwife led Antenatal Classes are engaging, fun and informative. Led by local, experienced NHS midwife Amy, we will discuss the mechanisms and biomechanics of birth, pain relief options and coping mechanisms. Amy will also discuss infant feeding choices, common post natal worries and ailments. Unique to The Amiable Approach is a session on matrescence; the holistic transition to motherhood and it changes you at a cellular level. Amy has worked at a couple of different trusts, she knows the NHS system well and can help you understand your choices and how best to navigate maternity services to ensure a really positive experience.
