With a background in Children’s nursing and 4 children of her own, Tracey has 18 years experience teaching hypnobirthing and working as a doula, supporting over 300 couples during theirs births and thousands of couples through hypnobirthing and antenatal classes and sessions. Tracey genuinely understands the journey of becoming a parent and what anyone embarking on this journey needs in terms of reassurance, knowledge and care. The Bump & Baby Hideout offers every holistic service for fertility, pregnancy, birth and beyond, that you could need. The Hideout also offers unwavering support; offering new mum classes to make new friends, post birth support groups, breast feeding support and therapies for recovery.
