Description
A beautiful class to recharge and wind down at the end of the week.
We gently stretch, strengthen and soothe our bodies. Working through a moving meditation we practice listening and following our instincts.
Using breath techniques specially suited to pregnancy, labour and post-natal we allow ourselves to let go of tension and create time for rest.
No experience of yoga or movement necessary.
This class is tailored to pregnancy and new mamas.
Mamas of older children are welcome too.
Laura is a birth keeper, doula, pregnancy/post-natal yoga teacher and hypnobirthing practitioner. She supports women during pregnancy and labour and witnessed many times the transformative experience of birth and motherhood.
