Description
This mat Pilates class is designed to rebuild your abdominal connection and realign your body post partum. With a focus on pelvic health and posture, we work to re connect muscles, build strength and improve alignment and posture. We recommend being cleared to exercise by a health care professional usually at 6 weeks. Babies up to one year old (walking) are welcome to join you on your mat and Mums are also free to stop any time and feed if needed
Charlotte is an experienced Mat and Barre instructor and her passion for pre and post natal shines through in all she does. As a mum of 1 she understands the changes and need for these specialised classes and the support network these mum and hub classes offer.
