What The Loft Pilates Studio says

Prenatal reform - This class is suitable for clients from 12 weeks pregnant and beyond. Our classes are aimed to make you feel safe and supported whilst still enabling you to keep routine. We tailor the exercises to match where and how you and your changing body are feeling.

Postnatal Reformer - Mums and Bubs- This class is designed to rebuild your abdominal connection and realign your body post partum. With a focus on pelvic health and posture, we work to re connect muscles, build strength and improve alignment and posture. We recommend completing a 1:1 first and being cleared to exercise by a health care professional usually at 6 weeks.
