Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a pregnancy and postnatal specialist personal trainer.

As well as being qualified in 13 pre/postnatal fitness related areas, (including advanced pregnancy and postnatal health and fitness), I have over 10 years of experience with expectant and new mummies, and I have two small children myself, of which I have recovered from 8cm diastasis recti and prolapse. So, I fully understand the stresses your body has been through to create your tiny human and you can be sure you are in safe hands.

I come to your home or local park and I provide all the equipment.
Your little one can play alongside or have cuddles, they are number one and will not be in the way.
