I'm Sarah and live in Sevenoaks, and am the founder of the Wise Hippo Kent and Surrey. I have three beautiful children born using our hypnobirthing programme, and I also teach baby massage. Having a caesarean, vaginal births and dealing with baby loss, I can teach you how to overcome your fears and have the most wonderful birth experience. We offer both group or private one to one hypnobirthing classes in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Edenbridge, Oxted, Bromley, Orpington, Maidstone and other places in Kent, Surrey, London and Essex. The hypnobirthing course is 4 or 2 classes, although we do have other options that are suitable for everyone. We also offer baby massage across 4 weeks where you learn how to massage a different part of your baby's body each week. We also include baby sensory with special lighting, sensory balls, scarfs, parachutes, bubbles, etc, all to some lovely relaxing music. Our classes are a great way to meet other mums in the local area and chat over a cup of tea and biscuits. You get a handout each week and your oil and equipment is all included.
