THEA ANDERSON IBCLC & DOULA

This course runs for 2 consecutive days. 9 hours contact time. This course is run through Birth Prep in a Box. It is facilitated by an experienced IBCLC and doula. We cover all aspects of labour and birth, understanding your rights and choices and creating a birth plan. We cover the theory behind hypnobirthing, practising relaxation techniques and on-going access to a variety of hypnobirthing Mp3 tracks.

A full antenatal birth preparation and hypnobirthing course run as a Birth Prep in a Box facilitator. The course covers all aspects of labour and birth education and preparation, understanding your rights and making informed choices. The opportunity to create an in-depth birth plan. Education and practice in hypnobirthing and on-going access to resources and Mp3 hypnobirthing tracks for your whole journey. Runs over 2 sessions on a Saturday and Sunday.
