TIP TO TOE BABY CLASSES

Baby massage class is a fabulous way to bond with your baby whilst learning massage techniques to help with colic, teething, colds, wind and constipation amongst other things.

Meet and get to know other new mums.

It’s a baby led class, so if baby needs to feed, cry, be changed, sleep that’s absolutely fine. Your baby will not be the only one that cries, do whatever you normally do, give them a cuddle, feed, don’t worry.

I provide everything, including the oil. I use organic, virgin coconut oil. You’re welcome to bring your own or a special cream (eg. If your baby has eczema). You don’t have to use an oil if you don’t want to.

Please just bring a towel or blanket or two to lie baby on and wrap them in.
