Meet Toni Osborne – Expert Yoga Teacher & Trainer
After earning a scholarship to Italia Conti, Toni Osborne built a successful career as a professional dancer throughout her 20s and 30s. Alongside performing, she trained in Pilates and Personal Training (since 2003) and has been teaching yoga full-time since 2012.

With over two decades of experience, Toni brings a science-based, supportive, and mother-centered approach to yoga. She tutors 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yogarise & Kindred Yoga leads Postnatal Teacher Training for Yoga Mamas and her own Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga TT in association with Kindred Yoga.

About

Hi, I’m Toni!

I’m a mother, movement specialist, and yoga teacher focusing on pregnancy, postnatal, vinyasa yoga, and corrective exercise. I love leading retreats, group classes, and tutoring on the Yogarise, Kindred Yoga & Yoga Mama Teacher Trainings. I also offer my own Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kindred Yoga.

My Passion
I’m here to support and empower students at every stage—whether they're new to vinyasa, recovering from injury, practicing as a couple, or navigating pregnancy and postpartum. Yoga is a lifelong practice, and I love adapting it to pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, menopause, and beyond.
