Description

Starting on Monday 4th November, join us for a healing Soundbath for both you and your baby, once a week for 1 hour.

The sessions will take place at my home in East Finchely.

There will be a maximum of 5 mums and their babies in the session. It will be a flexible session because we have babies there but the rough agenda will include the following:

. Connecting with your body, baby and the group to start with through a guided meditation.

. Followed by a sound journey with my crystal sound bowls, chimes and other relaxing and healing instruments.

. The session will finish with some reiki energy healing for you if you would like it.

. Oracle cards & herbal tea for anyone who doesn’t need to rush off at 11.30am
