5 Week postnatal Core Restore Course
An essential class for every women who had her baby recently.
The focus is on recovery and re-strengthening of the core and pelvic floor, to set a good foundation for further exercising and to support your lower back. Deep muscle work and breath work help to reconnect with your core muscles.
Please bring a mat and a towel or blanket and all you need for your baby. Babies can stay in the bassinet, car seat or on a blanket. Pram can be parked in front of the room.
