What Yoga with Kim Hayman says

My pregnancy yoga sessions are carefully woven to help you connect with your intuition, bodily wisdom and feminine power. Typically, in a class, you will practice asana (postures), other movements, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditations, affirmations and mindfulness. I also include a bit of moon magic once a month too!

Every technique you practice will support you during labour helping you feel strong yet calm for a positive birth experience.
