What YogaBirth Classes with Mirela says

My pregnancy yoga classes are infused with birth education, deep relaxation, and time to connect with others. In the first 30 minutes, we sit in a circle with other expectant mothers, where we listen, share, and find answers together. Afterwards, we practice nourishing yoga, blending gentle movements that prepare your body for birth with breathing techniques and meditation.

Pregnancy classes are suitable from the 12-week check-up onwards.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga.
