Join us for our Baby Massage + Parent Circles...

These Circles benefit the whole family; with our holistic approach you will practice soothing breathwork techniques + learn a Baby Massage routine that deepens your connection with your Baby. A class to leave you + Baby feeling connected, calm + empowered.

This class is for you IF you're trying to find:
- Your calm in the chaos
- Connection with yourself, Baby + Community
- Holistic support for your Baby with colic, constipation, trapped wind, soothing + settling techniques
- Ways to enhance your ever deepening bond with Baby

Please note the following:
- We encourage you to bring your baby to class in a carrier - you can leave your pram onsite in our outdoor Courtyard space, using the side gate entrance. Please note this is not sheltered space, so open to the elements. We sadly cannot accommodate double buggies.
- Please bring a massage oil of your choice - we recommend a quality Organic Grapeseed Oil, Cold Press Coconut Oil or Sunflower Seed Oil
- Please bring a towel/blanket/large muslin for your baby to lay on + any favourite toys, milk (where necessary)
- Mats will be provided
