BOND BABY MASSAGE AND YOGA

Our baby massage course is a 6 course designed to teach parents massage strokes to do at home and all the benefits that come from it.

Baby massage increases the bond between you and your baby, it can relieve discomforts such as colic and teething, it promotes better sleep and encourages healthy development.

We provide mats, cushions, organic oil and refreshments. We recognise that building connections with fellow parents is incredibly valuable, so there is plenty of time to chat with other parents after the class.

There is a large free car park, buggy access and space inside to leave your buggy. It is easily accessible from Irlam, Cadishead, Culcheth, Woolston, Lymm and surrounding areas. Only 15 minutes from the Trafford Centre.

Come and join us and build a deeper connection with your little one and meet other parents in a supportive and caring environment.
