Welcome to Find Your Moment inclusive yoga classes tailored for pregnancy (from 12/14 weeks).
I wanted with this course to offer you different tools for your journey:
Relaxation and letting go, for when you are exhausted after a long day at work
Activation and movement to wake up your body and for those feel-good vibes, aka endorphins
Breathwork for birth and postpartum (I still use it when I am afraid to fly or when I cannot sleep)
Postures for good baby alignment and birth (try and test and create your own toolbox)
I wish for you to go from just another "pregnant lady or worker" to a present mum-to-be ready to embark on this transformative journey.

I created Find Your Moment as a space to reconnect with yourself through movement and learning, to reclaim your agency, and nurture your body and mind.
My approach is rooted in embodiment, offering a space where you can explore movement in a genuine and humble environment.
As a teacher, student, professional and mum, I understand the challenges of balancing a professional life, especially during transitional phases like pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause.
Join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Let's explore, move, and find our moments together.
