Description
As a business run by a new mum and a mum to be, we know how difficult it is to fit a work out around being a mum and growing a bump.
Move it mumma is a dance-inspired fitness class for mums and mums to be to have fun, whilst shaking a leg and busting a sweat with their bubbas!
Bring your mat, your baby slings (if you want) and meet me in the studio!
As a new mum myself, it was very apparent to me that there is not enough out there for new mum’s and mums-to-be to stay fit, be social and feel good!
Hence the opening of Move it Mumma classes to the addition of onto existing classes here at Living Lines Dance Centre.
Move it mumma is a dance inspired fitness class. We use the hour to get sweaty, listen to good music and bond with our babies. Meet new mums and get groovy whilst carving out an hour for yourself to feel like yourself again!
