About

My name is Katrina. I’m a senior yoga teacher and experienced hypnobirthing teacher with a BSc in human biology and two children of my own. I’m inspired to help others in their perinatal journeys as I know well the profound impact of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. These are truly transformational times in the most beautiful and most challenging ways, and I look forward to supporting you along the way.
