Here’s 3 top reasons to choose Me Time Fitness: • Great value classes with flexible payment options… pay as you go or monthly booking. • We are a community, it’s not ‘just’ about exercise. Most indoor classes include a complimentary hot drink and allow plenty of time to chat to other mamas whilst your little ones play safely. We also have regular socials (more to come on that 🥳). • Classes are suitable from 6/12 weeks postnatal depending on your recovery and delivery (not applicable to Bootcamp). Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
