Description

Join Emily for a specialised parent and baby class designed for post natal parents and their babies up to 12 months old. This class is a playful opportunity to bond with your child as well as connect with the mind and body. Classes are gentle designed to stretch and awaken the body while also encouraging early movement in your baby. Feel free to bring along anything you’ll need to make yourself and your baby comfortable.

At MIND, we are dedicated to hosting safe spaces for new parents to move their bodies and connect with other like-minded new parents.
