OXYBIRTHIN
Maternal Health cupational Therapist - holistic pregnancy and motherhood support
What Oxybirthin says
The name 'Oxybirthin' is inspired by the hormone of love ‘Oxytocin’ which is a very important in the role of birth and mothering. When we feel safe, loved, happy, warm and cosy, our oxytocin levels are higher. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that birth is not just about the birth of a baby, but about the birth of new mothers too. My focus is all about bringing love, peace and joy to your pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience. My approach is to mother the mother. Where so many will focus on your baby, my role is to focus on you. I feel passionately that mothers need more support. I believe in the concept of 'it takes a village to raise a child' and would love to help new mamas find theirs. My approach is not about providing advice. Oxybirthin focus on the mother's needs and emotional wellbeing. My services help enable mothers to feel more confident in themselves and empower them to make informed decisions that are best for them and their family.
