Description

Small group personal training sessions - bespoke to you but in a group setting, with your baby at your side. These sessions are not timed to music leaving you feeling the pressure to keep up, they are tailored to you and you go at your own pace under the guidance of qualified post-natal trainers (also mums with lots of personal and professional experience of post-natal exercise!)
Classes run Mondays and Thursdays 11am.

The studio is a shoes-off space. Babies are welcome to potter around.
