You’ll gain practical mindfulness techniques—such as mindful walking, dancing, playful breathing exercises, and soothing songs—that can be woven into everyday life to bring more calm, ease, and connection to you and your family. These simple yet powerful tools help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a more peaceful home environment.

The studio is accessed via steps and stairs, so please consider this when planning your visit.

• The class is relaxed and baby/child-led, so feeding, cuddling, and movement are always welcome.
• There is space to park prams outside, but please bring a sling or carrier if easier for you.
