Description
Gentle classes, suitable from 6 weeks after birth, designed to help 'close' the body, strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles and realigning the spine after the work of pregnancy and birth. A great way to ease back into exercise, relieve the tight shoulders and sore backs that can come with looking after a baby, and find some calm and relaxation for both you and your baby.
Classes are suitable from after your 6 week check; if you've had a caesarean it depends on how you are healing - please check with your doctor, although the initial exercises are very gentle and you move at your own pace, working with the needs of your body. Babies are very welcome until they are crawling, at which point it often becomes harder to take part in the class.
