Gentle yoga classes designed especially for pregnant women, suitable for beginners and designed to support and nurture you throughout your pregnancy. The postures, movements and breathing exercises will help deal with pregnancy discomforts and build strength, flexibility and a sense of space and calm as you prepare for giving birth and becoming a mother.
