Description

Interested in finding out more about people living locally who have a different cultural background to yours, who eat different food or speak another language? Have you wondered why some people wear particular clothing, and what they do on special days? There might be different games they play

• If you are a parent/ Grandparent of a pre-school child, come & join a 5 session course where you and your child can have fun exploring some of these differences, learn to cook food from other cultures; then sit down with others to enjoy eating together?
• If you are an older person aged over 50 years would you like to join this group & share some of the knowledge you have gained during your life?

Toyhouse facilitates free, 5 session courses each half of term. We would be delighted to offer you a place to join in the fun. Running on a Thursday morning from 10am - 12.00pm the courses include some food preparation, time to talk, some playing, as well as eating!
