Description

These special classes are for postnatal and beyond yoga for mums, who have older babies.

Cup of herbal tea on arrival and chance to debrief how #mumlife is at the moment!

Mums can stretch, breathe, move and relax, whilst babies snack, sleep, feed, cuddle or climb on mum as part of a yoga posture! (Please feel free to bring snacks and non-noisy toys for them).

Numbers are strictly limited so as to keep the class as calm as possible.
