A pregnancy yoga class, focused on movement to build strength and aid flexibility, as well as using breathwork and mindfulness techniques to relax and prepare for birth. Also a lovely way to meet other mums-to-be.
The practice is designed to be low impact but more challenging options can be given if desired and safe for the participant. No previous experience of yoga needed.
Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until birth.
Following the 45 min class there will be an optional 30 min social with hot drink and biscuits included in the ticket price.

A 'Mum & Baby' yoga class, focused on regaining strength and flexibility postpartum whilst involving and bonding with your little bear!
All movement is designed to be low impact but more challenging options can be given if desired. No previous experience of yoga needed.
Suitable for babies from birth until they are mobile, and for mothers upon sign off from a GP or medical practitioner - usually 8 weeks for vaginal, and 10 weeks for caesarian births.
Following the 45 min class there will be an optional 30 min social with hot drink and biscuits included in the ticket price.
