What The Drop says

We host Strength classes where mums can bring their babies. Our classes have sensory toys, lights and uplifting music. The classes are small in size, with typically only 6 spaces per group, this really gives a private small group training experience. Our classes are as follows:

Monday:

Mums Club Strength 10am-11am
Mums Club Strength 11.30-12.30

Wednesday:
Mums Club Strength: 10am-11am
Mums Club Strength: 11.30-12.30

We recommend that when your baby starts to crawl with pace, it's best to progress your training at The Drop to the regular class timetable without babies attending.
