I offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga sessions in East London, including Hackney and Islington, as well as online and personalised one-on-one sessions. PRENATAL YOGA My approach to prenatal yoga is restorative in nature. Through extended yoganidra relaxation, I provide expectant mothers the opportunity to connect with their body and baby through guided meditation. My classes place a significant emphasis on preparation for birth. By establishing neuromuscular connections, the techniques practiced during pregnancy become second nature during labour and birth. These techniques encompass beneficial breathing methods, visualisations, positive birth affirmations, and gentle yet effective movements to assist during labour. I recommend beginning prenatal yoga 12+ weeks into pregnancy, and it can be safely practiced up until birth. POSTNATAL MUM + BABY YOGA The focus of my mum and baby postnatal yoga classes is on your healing journey. These classes aim to nourish postpartum mothers as their bodies recover from childbirth, while also fostering a sense of community with other local mums. Our sessions concentrate on safely rehabilitating core muscles and the pelvic floor, in addition to stretching, breath work, and overall body strengthening. These classes are designed for all mothers, regardless of their birth experience, and are also suitable for women recovering from diastasis recti (abdominal separation). I encourage you to listen to your body and respect your healing process. Please ensure you have approval from your healthcare provider before starting any form of exercise. Babies are welcome from six weeks up to the walking stage.

I am Reagan Rockers, a mother who understands the necessity for nourishment and support throughout the mothering journey. I strive to create a safe space for mothers, helping them to connect with their bodies and their babies.
