Description
This weekly class will support you and your baby throughout your pregnancy. Woman’s body goes through rapid changes during the 9 months of pregnancy - pregnancy yoga emphasises the need for safe movement and exercise during this time in your life.
This gentle flowing practice is aimed to help you build strength and stamina to support you during pregnancy and in preparation for birth. The practice allows you to slow down, connect with your baby and prepare for this important transition in your life.
The class also provides an opportunity for you to meet other mums to be in the area – so important to create your support network before and after the journey of birth and into motherhood.
Suitable from 13 weeks until baby is born. No yoga experience necessary.
Jos is experienced Doula and pregnancy and postnatal Yoga teacher, and North London based mum of two.
