Description

A four-week course for Hackney babies and their caregivers. Call the centre for exact dates. Benefits:
Gently skin contact makes babies feel safe and secure and is a simple way of showing affection. Massage has been found to help with bonding and interaction between baby and parent. Massage stimulates and can help develop a baby’s circulation, digestion and immune system. Massage can also help relieve colic and constipation a common problem with babies and even joint pain in older children. Massage can be particularly soothing during times of stress.
