Congratulations! Maybe you are pregnant, maybe you have recently welcomed a new baby into your family. Either way you are most likely feeling a mixture of excitement and trepidation. I can support you from 14 weeks of pregnancy right through to your baby being up and running around. With a range of antenatal classes and workshops plus baby classes from 6 weeks postnatal, you can find the perfect class for each stage of the journey with The Daisy Foundation Harrow, Pinner, Ruislip and Northwood classes which I teach. I also offer postnatal support as a Postnatal Doula. If you are preparing for a new baby or have a new born, take a look at what I can offer to support you as you find your feet, your confidence and your path. I offer a range of options including WhatsApp support, online sessions and, of course, in your own home on a one off or regular basis.
