A welcoming and baby-friendly yoga class to connect to your body post birth, support your postnatal healing and recovery and gather with other new mothers.
Who is it for?
The class is suitable for you and your baby from 6 weeks + postpartum until fast crawling.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. This is a welcoming and baby friendly space to gather with other Mums and focus on your postnatal healing and wellbeing.
What about the babies?
Although this is a Mum-focused session, there will be lots of opportunities to interact and co-regulate with your baby throughout the class.
Anything goes during the session. Babies can be fed, changed, cuddled, and rocked as needed – just as you would do at home.
The class is suitable for those who are 6 week + post-partum.

Hi, I’m Clare. I’m a trained pre & postnatal teacher and have been teaching yoga for the last 8 years. My own experience of becoming a mother in 2021 brought home to me just how tender and transitional new motherhood is. I’m really passionate about holding a welcoming and warm space for mothers to gather and focus on their own nourishment and care.
As well as holding a relaxing and compassionate space to connect to your body, I’m all about sharing simple supportive practices that can be incorporated into daily life in doable ways to build strength and embodiment.
