A mix of fun balance postures on a balance board and relaxation techniques. Suitable for walking age to pre school age. You can leave your child if they're happy to follow instructions. (fully DBS checked)

The studio is at 129 Monton road but you need to access via the back. Head to 6 cavendish grove and look to the right of it-you’ll see a little alley down to studio gate with rainbows on the way.
